A new version of the NPP API Framework including additional sample APIs are now available here. This latest version incorporates sample APIs to support batch payments, including payment confirmation and the ability to get details of payments made via a batch process.
First launched in September 2018, this is the third update of the API Framework, which is developed in consultation with NPP participating institutions. The purpose of the Framework is to ensure standardisation and consistent experiences in the development of APIs for use on the NPP platform.
The NPP API Framework will continue to evolve and be extended over time to support the needs of third-party service providers, software developers and participating financial institutions as they develop their NPP payment services. Third parties interested in using APIs for NPP transactions should contact their financial institution to see what API services are available.
